The updated municipal urbanization and/or building regulations in accordance with Decree-Law 10/2024 will be published in the Diário da República by April 8. Municipal regulations will be made available in a systematic way.
Municipalities will have to revise their regulations:
- Without introducing rules of a procedural nature;
- Without introducing rules of an instructional nature;
- Without providing for the submission of elements or documents not established in a government decree.
